Child Safety Standards

VerzionAI Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We are committed to full compliance with all applicable child safety laws, including but not limited to the PROTECT Our Children Act, COPPA, and equivalent laws in jurisdictions where our service operates.

Verzion AI is an AI chat and personalisation platform designed for users aged 13 and older. Children under 13 are not permitted to create accounts or use the Service under any circumstances.

The following are strictly prohibited on Verzion AI and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities:

• Uploading, generating, sharing, or distributing any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors (CSAM).
• Using the platform to groom, solicit, or communicate with minors for sexual purposes.
• Creating AI personalities or using AI outputs that sexualise or exploit children in any form.
• Sharing, linking to, or attempting to obtain CSAM through the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent age verification or account registration restrictions to allow minors to access inappropriate content.

Verzion AI employs the following technical and procedural safeguards to prevent child exploitation on our platform:

• Age verification: Users must be at least 13 years of age to register. Our sign-up process requires date of birth and we enforce minimum age requirements.
• Content moderation: AI-generated content is subject to safety filters that detect and block the generation of content that sexualises or endangers minors.
• Proactive detection: We monitor for signals of child exploitation activity and investigate all reports promptly.
• No anonymous access: All accounts require email verification, creating accountability and enabling identification of bad actors.
• Secure data practices: We do not store unnecessary personal data from users and enforce strict access controls on all user data.

In-app reporting: Users can report child safety concerns directly within the Verzion AI app by tapping the flag/report icon on any AI personality, message, or content. Select "Child Safety" as the report category.

Direct contact: Report child safety concerns to our designated safety contact at safety@verzion.ai. All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team within 24 hours.

Emergency situations: If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services (e.g. 911 in the US) immediately. Do not wait for a response from Verzion AI.

VerzionAI Inc. is legally required to — and will — report any discovered CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate national and regional authorities, including:

• NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) — via CyberTipline at missingkids.org/cybertipline
• FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) — ic3.gov
• Local law enforcement in the jurisdiction of the victim and/or perpetrator.
• Relevant national authorities in the user's country of residence where required by applicable law.

We preserve all relevant evidence in accordance with legal requirements and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Any user found to be violating our child safety standards will have their account immediately and permanently suspended. We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Child Safety Standards are reviewed and updated at least annually, or whenever there are material changes to applicable law or our platform. This policy was last updated on April 28, 2026.

We comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and all applicable regional and national child safety laws.
