How does VerzionAI work?

VerzionAI lets you create a personalised AI version of yourself — your Verzion. You upload content (text, voice, video), and our AI learns your personality, speaking style, and values. Others can then chat with your Verzion anytime, even when you're unavailable.

Is the AI really me?

No. Your Verzion is an AI trained on content you choose to share. It approximates your personality and knowledge based on that data but cannot access your real-time thoughts, feelings, or information not in its training set. Every response is AI-generated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing & Plans → Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Billing Portal (web) or your App Store/Play Store subscription settings (mobile), where you can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@verzion.ai within 7 days of the charge and we'll review your case.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Follow the 3-step confirmation. All your data — AI memory, voice recordings, uploaded content, and personal information — is permanently deleted within 30 days.

How do I restore my purchases on iPhone/iPad?

Open the app → Billing → scroll to the bottom of the Plans page → tap 'Restore Purchases'. This re-links your App Store purchase to your account.

Who can interact with my Verzion?

This depends on your privacy settings. You can set your AI to Public (anyone can chat), Followers Only, or Private (only you). Adjust this in Settings → Privacy & AI Access.

What happens to my Verzion when I pass away?

Your Verzion enters 'Legacy mode' and remains accessible to approved followers per your privacy settings. Family members can contact legal@verzion.ai to request account closure and data deletion.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

My Verzion gave incorrect information. What do I do?

If you are the account owner, you can correct your AI's knowledge from the Memory page. If you're a third party who received a harmful or incorrect response, use the Report button under the AI response or email support@verzion.ai.
